TROUBLESHOOTING INCLUSIVE ACCESS ONLY

Faculty - If you are contacting the bookstore because you cannot see your materials in the LMS, there are two options:

1. If the course is an ebook only course (no courseware), please take a screenshot of what you are seeing/not seeing (messaging) I will do what I can to help you, as well as looping in our Vital Source representative.
2. If the course is using Courseware, faculty will need to reach out to their publisher rep AND cc Our Vital Source representative. We do not deliver the courseware but do supply the codes if needed.
