If you are a student having IA issues, please contact me immediately. I can work around your schedule, even after school hours or via a Zoom meeting. You may also stop by the bookstore for help. I would bring a laptop with you. If I cannot help you, I can escalate things to get a quicker response.

Reminder: You should be using Chrome or Firefox to access the LMS (Canvas). Safari doesn’t work well. You should also try clearing your cache, and allowing pop ups. If you are still having issues, please take some screenshots and forward to our Vital Source representative with your school email address.
